"Too pricey for what you get"
I booked them thinking it would be a reasonable option for a basic lawn cleanup, but the price felt high for what was actually done. It wasn’t like anything went terribly wrong, but you expect a little more when you’re paying that much.
I’ve hired other lawn guys before and got more work done for less money, so maybe it just depends on your yard or what you need. For me, the value really wasn’t there, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

"I booked them two different times and..."
I booked them two different times and both times they showed up late. First time I didn’t hear anything, second time they ended up pushing it to the next day. The yard looked fine once they actually came out, but I just can’t plan my day around people not showing up when they’re supposed to

"Lost confidence after booking"
I booked a lawn service and then tried reaching out twice with a couple questions, but I never got a clear answer. The replies were slow, and the tone felt a little rude, which made me start questioning whether I could trust them to show up and do the job right. After that, I just gave up and hired someone else

"Pretty unprofessional and messed up my plans"
They seemed to know a few things, but the whole experience felt really unprofessional. I had planned my day around this, and it ended up throwing everything off, which was super frustrating. Definitely not what I was hoping for

"I booked them for a basic mow..."
I booked them for a basic mow and felt let down. The whole job looked rushed, like they were just trying to get in and out as fast as possible. Communication was frustrating too, I had to follow up twice just to get a response. I really wanted this to be an easy, stress-free service, but it ended up being annoying and disappointing. I won’t be using them again.
